Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday denied reports that his engagement had been finalised, saying no such development had taken place.
"I want to make it clear that neither has the match been finalised nor have I got engaged," Bilawal said while addressing media queries regarding the viral rumors on social media platforms.
He added that social media had gone a step further by announcing both his engagement and subsequent marriage without any factual basis.
"Social media has arranged my match, engagement and even marriage; nothing like this has happened," the PPP chairman reiterated, urging the public and media outlets to avoid spreading unverified news.
