Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi on Monday sought the Balochistan Bar Council's input to ensure that the proposed National Standardised E-Filing system was responsive, accessible, and user-friendly.
Justice Yahya, in his capacity as Chairman of the National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee (NJPMC), held a constructive meeting with a delegation of the Balochistan Bar Council, led by its vice-chairman, at the Supreme Court's Quetta Branch Registry.
The meeting formed part of the ongoing consultative process initiated earlier this month by the Chief Justice of Pakistan, aimed at developing a uniform and standardised national framework for e-filing across the apex court, high courts, and district courts.
Participants were briefed on the proposed National Standardised E-Filing System, envisioned as a structured, intelligent, and rules-compliant platform aligned with the procedural and legal requirements governing judicial proceedings.
