Captain (retd) Muhammad Khurram Agha, a BS-22 Pakistan Administrative Service officer and former Interior Secretary, awaiting positing in the Establishment Division, has been designated as an officer on special duty (OSD). Anam Fatima, a BS-18 officer on deputation at the CDA, has been transferred, with her services placed at the disposal of Islamabad administration as Additional Deputy Commissioner General. She previously served as Director of Municipal Administration, Chief Officer of MCI, and Deputy Director General of Enforcement at the CDA.

Sahibzada Muhammad Yusuf, Additional Deputy Commissioner General of Islamabad, has been transferred and appointed as Director to the Federal Minister for Interior. The services of Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Farhan Ahmed have been placed at the disposal of the Punjab government, while Nabeel Awan has been appointed as the new Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue. ASP Mumtaz Hayat Manika, a BS-17 Police Service officer posted at Nacta, has been transferred to the Pakistan Railways Police.
