President Asif Ali Zardari, before departing for the airport, addressed queries regarding his health by stating: "By the grace of Allah, I am well." When asked about his stay in London, the president remarked that he had spent a good time there. However, he avoided answering questions concerning the country's current political landscape and the ongoing debate over the proposed creation of new administrative units.

Pakistan's High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Dr Mohammad Faisal, saw him off at the airport. President Zardari is accompanied on his return journey by his personal physician, Dr Asim Hussain. Sources indicated that the president underwent several medical check-ups during his stay in Britain.

He did not engage in any political activities or hold formal meetings during the visit. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and Bakhtawar Bhutto-Zardari had earlier visited their father in London.

This marked President Zardari's first visit to Britain in approximately 6 years. His return concludes a private visit that had sparked various health-related rumors in domestic media circles, which have now been directly laid to rest by the president's own remarks.
