Kehlani announced new dates after she was forced to cancel some shows due to a health crisis. On Thursday, August 27, the two-time Grammy winner issued a new schedule, confirming that the Camden, New Jersey and Columbia, Maryland stops on her world tour are now rescheduled for next week following a brief stint in the hospital.
Initially slated for August 26 and 27 respectively, the Camden gig will now take place on September 5 at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, while the Columbia date is set for the following night at the Merriweather Post Pavilion. The 31-year-old singer had to pause her tour after visiting the hospital due to a sudden health scare.
On Wednesday, August 26, she stated, "I just left the hospital & am not cleared to sing for the next two shows. I'm so sorry." While she did not reveal further details about her illness, she confirmed that her team worked out a solution for the affected concerts.
Kehlani is currently on the North American leg of her tour and is expected to return to the stage at the Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront in Richmond, Virginia, on August 29.
