Kimberly Wyatt is getting ready to return to the stage with the Pussycat Dolls as she is preparing for the busy tour. The 44-year-old singer has been working hard in rehearsals, dancing for up to 10 hours a day. "I'm in rehearsals at the minute, getting ready for Pussycat Dolls Tour, so that's 8 to 10 hours of dancing every day," she said.
Outside rehearsals, Kimberly also keeps active with HIIT training, lifting weights, cycling and playing football with her children. She has also changed the way she eats as her usual breakfast is yogurt, granola, honey and blueberries. The star also enjoys watermelon and often makes a caprese salad for lunch.
Kimberly also revealed that she does not eat anything after 7 pm and grows some of her own food at home. However, her return to the stage is even more special after she secretly had a hip replacement in 2024. She kept the surgery private because she was worried about how it might affect her dancing. Now, she says she feels much better.
"I've got my lease of life back. I can sleep at night. I can walk normally." Kimberly is now preparing for the PCD Forever Tour with Nicole Scherzinger and Ashley Roberts. The tour begins in September and will finish in London in October.
