The Sussexes are moving back to England, which would deepen Harry's involvement in the Birmingham edition of the Games. Harry, who founded the sporting event for wounded, sick, and injured veterans, has remained passionate about the project over the years and wants to make this one "the best one yet".

There are speculations about possible attendance from members of the Royal Family, especially King Charles. While nothing has been confirmed on that front, the Invictus Games are continuing to thrive as they make their way to Asia for the first time.

The team announced the official dates for the 2029 Invictus Games, which will be held in South Korea, marking a special moment for the foundation. "The #InvictusGames Daejeon 2029 will take place from 6-15 October 2029, bringing the international Invictus Community together for ten days of sport, connection, and recovery in and around the Daejeon Convention Centre in Yuseong-gu," the statement read.

"As the ninth edition of the Games, Daejeon 2029 will mark a historic milestone for the Invictus Movement as we continue to grow a global community supporting wounded, injured, and sick service personnel and veterans," the statement added.
