Selena Gomez brought pure "goddess energy" to the 2026 Emmy Awards, arriving Monday night in a strapless gold beaded Louis Vuitton gown that cascaded into a mermaid silhouette at the floor. Ahead of the red carpet, stylist Zanna Roberts Rassi teased the look on E!, sharing a detail from Gomez's stylist, Erin Walsh, about the dress's deceptive weight. "It looks like it weighs a billion pounds, but it's actually light as a feather." The gown was covered in shimmering metallic gold beading that fanned out in a circular pattern at the waistline, accentuating her curves. Gomez paired the look with an impressive haul of Tiffany & Co.

jewelry, including a Jean Schlumberger Bird on a Rock by Tiffany bracelet and earrings from the brand's Feathers High Jewelry collection, along with three Schlumberger rings valued at $18,000, $65,000 and $26,000.  She kept her hair loose and casually curled, a style reminiscent of her recent summer trip to Italy with husband Benny Blanco.  It's unclear whether Blanco joined her inside the ceremony, but Gomez walked the red carpet solo.

This marks Gomez's fourth appearance at the Emmys, and this year she's nominated as an executive producer on Only Murders in the Building, competing against Hacks, Abbott Elementary, The Bear, Margo's Got Money Troubles, Nobody Wants This, Shrinking and Widow's Bay.  Her Emmys fashion history has leaned consistently toward long, sheath-style silhouettes, last year she wore a bright red Louis Vuitton halter gown, and in 2024 she sparkled in a semi-sheer Oscar de la Renta gown covered in nearly half a million sequins.

While her red carpet appearances have grown less frequent recently, Gomez has had no shortage of black-tie moments this year.  She wore a gold Oscar de la Renta gown to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's July wedding, and stunned in a Ralph Lauren halter gown for her own wedding to Blanco last September.
