In an interview, Guy teased that anything was possible, while Netflix executives also stated that "all bets were off."
After weeks of speculation and vague responses from streaming officials, the lead actor of The Gentlemen finally cleared the air. Theo James weighed in on the rumors during an interview with Digital Spy while discussing the release of the second season.
"I think that is just a rumour," James said. "I don't even know the practicalities of how one would make that happen."
When asked about his dream co-star for the series, the actor added, "In terms of people that I would like to have in the series, I'd like someone psychopathic, like old school Robert Carlyle."
