The Balochistan Home Department has dismissed 100 government employees, including 95 university teachers, over allegations of promoting an anti-state narrative. Assistant to the Home Department, Babar Yousafzai, confirmed the action, saying that the dismissed employees were involved in spreading propaganda against the country and had violated their official oath. He emphasised that there can be no compromise on narratives against the state and warned that those misusing government privileges while engaging in anti-state activities would not be tolerated.

According to the Home Department, the dismissed employees include three staff members from the Health Department along with two other officials. Babar Yousafzai further revealed that cases against two additional teachers are still pending, and he reiterated that the government remains firm in its stance.

The authorities stated that strict departmental rules apply to all civil servants, and using official positions to propagate against state institutions constitutes a gross violation of service rules. Comprehensive inquiries were conducted before taking the final decision to terminate the services of the accused individuals.

The government has declared that anyone found guilty of promoting anti-state sentiments will face strict consequences, and monitoring mechanisms have been enhanced across various public sector institutions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
