Olivia Rodrigo and Chappell Roan's fans have been asking for a collaboration ever since they heard the pop superstars perform together at the GUTS tour, and it seems like their wishes have finally been heard across the globe. The hitmaker is reportedly releasing a special physical edition of her hit track, 'Expectations,' featuring Roan, which is expected to be officially released on Friday, October 16.

While Rodrigo has not made the official announcement herself, prominent European music retailer JPC appears to have accidentally leaked the exciting news on their platform. Music enthusiasts and dedicated fans have reacted with immense excitement and surprise across various social media channels, sharing their thoughts on the unexpected partnership.

One passionate fan commented online, "GAGGGGGGGGGGING," while another follower exclaimed in caps lock, "ITS ABOUT TO EAT OMG." Several other social media users added their own perspectives, with one writing, "OMG yess, I always thought this song was giving Chappell," and another saying, "OMG YAYYYYY."

Industry experts note that both artists have experienced meteoric rises in the contemporary pop music scene, making a joint project a massive commercial prospect. Concertgoers who attended the GUTS tour previously praised the undeniable chemistry between the two performers, heightening anticipation for recorded material.

As of now, neither Chappell Roan nor Olivia Rodrigo has publicly addressed the circulating rumors or confirmed the leaked retailer listing. Music analysts suggest that if the physical edition drops as scheduled on October 16, it could break records on physical media sales charts worldwide.
