To secure benefits from the Prime Minister's Fuel Relief Fund (PMFRF), the registered numbers for availing this scheme have crossed 30.4 million across the country, out of which 20 million vouchers have been redeemed so far. The government has allocated Rs75 billion for the provision of a targeted subsidy for two- and three-wheelers at Rs500 on a weekly basis.
For cars up to 800cc, the government provided a Rs1,000 subsidy voucher for 10 days. For two- and three-wheelers, there has been voucher relief of Rs2,000 per month, while cars up to 800cc received targeted relief of Rs3,000 per month.
According to official data of the Prime Minister's Fuel Relief Fund, the scheme is running smoothly across the country, including the four provinces, Islamabad Capital Territory, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The government remains committed to providing maximum financial relief to vulnerable segments of society amid ongoing inflation, ensuring transparent distribution of subsidies through digital verification systems.
