Security forces have killed two terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan during an intelligence-based operation in Washuk district of Balochistan, security sources said on Monday. The successful operation was carried out in the Palantak area of Washuk as part of the ongoing Operation Rad-ul-Fitna against India-sponsored elements operating in the province, they added.
The killed terrorists were involved in attacks on the Mashkel police station and Customs House, the sources said. During the operation, the terrorists' vehicle was destroyed, while weapons and ammunition were recovered from their possession.
Security sources said the arms and ammunition were intended to be used in target killings of unarmed Baloch citizens and other terrorist activities. The security forces remain committed to eradicating terrorism from the province at all costs.
Further clearance operations are currently underway in the surrounding areas to ensure all threats are neutralized. This is a developing story and is being updated with more details as they emerge from official sources.
