Lucy Davis has shared that she wants to make the most of the present, weeks after revealing her cancer diagnosis. The actress, known for playing Dawn Tinsley in The Office, 53, announced last month that she's been diagnosed with incurable stage four breast cancer and 'doesn't know how long she has left.'
But she has told fans that she is determined to 'live out whatever might be left of my life in as fun a way as I possibly can.' On Wednesday she posted her latest adventure, a trek through Skull Canyon in California's Temescal Valley before an exhilarating zip line 200ft in the air.
Lucy, whose cancer has metastasised to her bones which leaves her sometimes unable to stand and walk for long periods, told fans she was proud of herself for completing the physical challenge. She explained the difficulty of the hike and expressed deep gratitude to her guides and friends for their continuous support.
Fans rushed to the comments section of her social media handles, praising her resilience and calling Lucy an inspiration for facing the terminal illness with such remarkable courage and positivity.
