Mckenna Grace is setting the record straight about her recent declaration that she will not do nude scenes at this point in her career. The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping star took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, November 3, to clarify her comments, sharing one headline in particular that stated, 'McKenna Grace Rejects Nudity or Hypersexual Things in Acting Roles Because My Dream Is to Be a Disney Princess Someday.'
'The two quotes being used right now in these titles are unrelated,' Grace, 20, wrote. 'I said at this point in my career I think I'm uncomfortable doing something, but I respect everyone who does - and I also have a dream job!'
'It's just because of my own personal boundaries and the level of comfortability I have with that sort of thing right now at this point in my life!' she explained. 'Silly that it's become such a source of conversation!' the former child star noted.
'So many more important things to talk about.' In Cosmopolitan's new cover story published a day earlier on Monday, Grace was asked if there are any roles she'd say no to. 'At this point, I definitely don't do nudity or very hypersexual things,' she replied. 'I respect anybody who can, but it's terrifying to me.
I don't know if that'll ever change.' She noted that although she has taken on less wholesome roles before, like her ill-fated character in Scream 7, her ultimate dream is to try and be a Disney princess someday.
