Pete Davidson and ex Elsie Hewitt reunite for daughter's first Halloween

Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have reunited to celebrate their daughter Scottie's first Halloween, with the whole family dressing up in 'Sopranos' costumes more than five months after their split. Hewitt shared the photos in an Instagram carousel on November 1, captioned, "smells like halloween."

Scottie, who is 10 months old, was dressed as Tony Soprano in a robe, sitting in a wagon with a blue blanket on her lap, surrounded by a yellow rubber duck and stuffed ducks. She also held a fake cigar, and a light-up "Bada Bing!" sign, referencing the show's fictional strip club, was attached to her wagon.

Hewitt, 30, dressed as Christopher Moltisanti, played by Michael Imperioli, in a dark red tracksuit, neck brace, and dark sunglasses. Davidson, 32, went as Paulie Walnuts, played by Tony Sirico, in track pants and a leather jacket, with silver-white wings added to his dark hair.

The couple split in May after a little over a year of dating. In July, they issued a joint statement through their reps to Page Six regarding their arrangement: "We are cooperatively co-parenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us."

Davidson has spoken about how fatherhood has changed him. "Scottie is my whole life," he told Variety in September.

He said he used to live or die by what people thought of him, but that everything changed when he first saw his daughter. "As soon as I saw her for the first time, I was like, 'Oh my God, none of this f--kin' matters at all.

If I get to do cool stuff, great; if not, cool, I get to be home more with my kid.'" The reunion highlights the couple's commitment to maintaining a healthy environment for their child despite their personal separation. Fans have praised the creative costumes and the maturity shown by both parents in prioritizing their daughter's milestones.

The 'Sopranos' theme was a hit among followers, with many noting the attention to detail in the costumes. The family's ability to come together for such occasions serves as a positive example of modern co-parenting.

As Scottie grows, both Davidson and Hewitt continue to navigate their roles as parents while pursuing their respective careers in the entertainment industry. Their focus remains firmly on providing a stable and loving upbringing for their young daughter.

The public response to their co-parenting efforts has been largely supportive, reflecting a shift in how celebrity breakups are perceived and handled in the media today.
