Olivia Rodrigo brought The Cure to life in more ways than one. On Tuesday night, September 1, the 23-year-old pop star launched her new Grammy Museum exhibit with an intimate performance and a candid conversation about her music.
The drivers license hitmaker hosted "An Evening With Olivia Rodrigo" in Los Angeles, where she performed a selection of songs including from her latest album, titled You Seem Pretty Sad For a Girl So In Love. She delivered live renditions of Drop Dead, Maggots for Brains, Less, Stupid Song and The Cure as she unveiled Olivia Rodrigo: the cure unraveled.
The new exhibit takes fans behind the scenes of Rodrigo's creative world, featuring handmade props, sets and storyboards from the music video for The Cure. The display will remain at the Grammy Museum through February 2027, with additional artifacts from Rodrigo's career set to be added this fall.
Beyond the performance, Rodrigo also sat down for a moderated conversation, offering insight into her songwriting process and the emotions that often fuel her music. The exhibit launch comes during a busy stretch for Rodrigo. The singer recently appeared on the cover of Vogue Philippines, celebrating her Filipino heritage, and is preparing to take her music on the road with her upcoming Unraveled Tour.
