His appointment on deputation has been made for a period of three years. The prime minister has appointed Huma Noreen Hassan as Legal Adviser in MP-II scale on a three-year contract in Directorate of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Railways.
Syed Ahsan Mumtaz, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed Joint Secretary, Defence Division. Police Service officer Shabih Hussain, BS-19, who was serving in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ziaur Rehman, has been transferred and directed to report to Establishment Division. Deputy Secretary Ahmed Nawaz Chauhan has been transferred from Finance Division to Ministry of Religious Affairs.
